How long will it take to get my order?
We process orders in 1-2 business days. After that, transit takes 5-6 business days, so most orders arrive in 6-8 business days in total. Orders ship by USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Shipping is free on orders over $50 to any address in the US.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States. If you're local, you can also pick up your order at our store at 1021 W Buchanan St Ste 14, California, Missouri 65018, or come in and shop in person during our store hours.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is on its way with USPS, UPS or FedEx, you can follow its progress with the carrier. If you'd like help checking where your order is, email us at info@graceysboutique.com or call +1 573-338-2058 with your order number and we'll be glad to look into it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@graceysboutique.com or +1 573-338-2058. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, so once an order has shipped we can't change it, but we'll help where we can before then. If your order has already shipped, you can still return unused items within 30 days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days for unused items. Gift cards cannot be returned. To start a return, just email us at info@graceysboutique.com with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once your return is approved, please allow 5–10 days for the refund to be processed.
What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
We're sorry if that happens! Please contact us at info@graceysboutique.com or +1 573-338-2058 with your order number and a photo of the item. We pay the return shipping for damaged and wrong products, and we'll help make it right.
