Refund policy

At Gracey's Boutique, we want every outfit to feel just right, whether it's for the first day of school, a special occasion or a gift for a little one you love. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unused to be accepted for a return. Please send them back in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards can't be returned.

Please include your order number and the item or items you'd like to return. We'll reply with your return instructions.

Our phone hours (Central Time) are:

  • Monday: 10 AM to 6 PM
  • Tuesday: Closed
  • Wednesday: 10 AM to 6 PM
  • Thursday: Closed
  • Friday: 10 AM to 6 PM
  • Saturday: 9 AM to 2 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged or wrong items: We pay the return shipping.
  • All other returns: The cost of sending the item back is the customer's.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, we're sorry, and we'll make it right. Here's what to do:

1. Contact us at info@graceysboutique.com or +1 (573) 338-2058 as soon as you can. 2. Include your order number, a short description of the problem and a photo of the item if possible. 3. We'll send you return instructions. For damaged or wrong items, we cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved.

  • Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund timing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 days. Your bank or card provider may take a little extra time to show the refund on your statement.

Your Rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under Missouri consumer law, and nothing in it limits those rights.
